St. Anne's Lodge is a nonprofit organization which was established under the New Brunswick's Companies Act on December 14, 1987. This separate corporation was formed, after extensive consultations with Central Mortgage and Housing, N.B. Housing and the congregation of Christ Church (Parish) Church in response to a recognized need for more affordable housing in the downtown Fredericton Area.

St. Anne's Lodge Inc. continues to provide affordable housing to low-income seniors and families. It provides subsidized housing and closely follows all government regulations concerning the selection of tenants, rent, calculations, and principles of property management.

The Properties:

• 169 George Street - four unit family housing
• 240 George Street - 21 single unit apartments including one double unit apartment
• 250-252 George Street - 2 family units (Non-subsidized)
